Website design
Gleeman Group
Using Wix forms, I created a simple contact form that was easy to use, as opposed to the previous "get a quote" buttons, which would redirect the user to an outdated email application.
As requested, I delivered this website within 2 weeks, and the CEO was impressed with this work.
I managed and executed this website design project for Gleeman Group, delivering the end result in just 2 weeks.

A place to login
Gleeman Group is a relatively new recruiting business, but they've been very successful and have already supplied hires for large companies like Microsoft. As they started to gain more traction, they recognized their need for a website.
I began by researching other recruiting companies and seeing what information they had on their websites. Then, I used that knowledge to identify key elements that Gleeman Group would need in their website:
Focus on both businesses and individuals
Since they function as a go-between for businesses looking to fill roles and individuals looking for work, I knew I'd have to make the site accessible and appealing to both those audiences.
Users would benefit from some sort of profile page where they could track applications or jobs posted.
The recruiting process should be presented in a simple, easy-to-understand manner to give visitors the best chance at becoming leads.
Be approachable
Call to action
There should be clearly visible and eye-catching buttons to prompt users to get started.
The challenge

Rough wireframe drafts
I had a great time with this project. After collecting a lot of inspiration images of similar types of sites and color palettes, I began building the website using Wix Studio.
This website would benefit from an embedded a job board widget, but they preferred to not worry about that yet, instead focusing on building the main structure and design of the website. Also, partway through development, Gleeman Group requested a blog be added, so I went ahead and added one.
Since Gleeman Group mainly specializes in recruiting software engineers, I chose a color palette composed of greens that give a "techy" feel, combined with an off-white to feel approachable.
The design went through several iterations before being finalized. At one point, I wanted to go for a more cartoony or corporate art style aesthetic, but after trying it out, I decided it wasn't the right fit for the target audience.
My solutions
Final design (mobile)

Gleeman Group was having trouble finding a copy writer for this project, so I actually took the time to write the text myself. Of course, it will need to be edited and reviewed before publishing, but they were pleased that they were one step closer to a finished website.
